Nonprofit organizations may receive a discounted rate with proof of 501(c)(3) status.

Apply to Rent Studio Space
If this is your first time renting studio space from Performing Dance Center (PDC), or if you have rented from PDC previously but would like to rent space for a different purpose (such as classes, rehearsals, or private lessons), please complete the application below.
Step 1: Submit an Application
Complete the rental application form below. Please allow up to one week for your application to be reviewed and approved.
Step 2: Watch for Approval Information
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email from rentals@performingdancecenter.com with information about your approval status and next steps.
Step 3: Complete the Rental Agreement
If approved, you will be required to review and complete a rental agreement. The rental agreement must be submitted before you are able to reserve studio space. Please allow up to one week for your application to be reviewed and approved.
Step 4: Access the Rental Booking Page
After your rental agreement has been received, you will be granted access to our online rental booking page, where you can reserve available studio space.
Step 5: Review Building Access Instructions
You will receive detailed information regarding building access, including entry procedures and lock-up responsibilities (if applicable).
