Kristina Macbeth Ito began dancing when she was 8 years old and fell in love with the art. She continued to dance throughout grade school, attending various camps and competitions. Kristina then received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Dance Department of Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in ballet. While attending Brigham Young University she performed with the Ballet Showcase and Theatre Ballet Companies, participating in Outreach programs and also touring through the western United States. Kristina then went on to receive a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Ballet Department of the University of Utah. As she was attending the University of Utah she performed with the Character Dance Ensemble, touring internationally to Canada and China. She also danced in the Ballet Showcases and Ballet Ensembles. Kristina loves to teach and share her love of ballet with both students and audiences. She wants to help all her students reach their full potential. Kristina firmly believes that anyone can realize their dreams!
