Ashley Mott is an independent dancer, teacher, and artist. She has trained extensively in ballet and contemporary dance. She holds a BFA in Dance and Master’s degree in Education from the University of Utah, and loves sharing her passion for dance and her expertise in education with her students. Ashley danced professionally with Keshet DanceCompany (Albuquerque, NM), Contemporary Dance Wyoming (Jackson, WY), and SultzDance (Jackson, WY). Locally, she has performed with Wasatch Dance Collective and in RDT’s “Charette.” Ashley currently teaches at Utah Valley University, and she has taught for Salt Lake Community College, Repertory Dance Theatre’s Community School, Children’s Dance Theatre, Janet Gray Studios, and numerous high school dance programs. When not dancing or teaching, Ashley enjoys camping, hiking, running rivers, making jewelry, and writing.
